Anthony Bourdain once said “ food, culture, people, and landscape are absolutely inseparable”. All these elements he spoke of, woven together make for an intriguing environment, leaving people well fed in curious company and good conversation. Much like ink and paint, food has always been a medium of artistic expression for me. Art after all should leave one curious and well nourished in soul and mind, it is no coincidence that a good meal will do the same. From a young age I found myself instinctual in the kitchen, an inherited gene from my mother and mothers mothers. Long Inspired by culture and travel, and the likes of Francis Mallmann, my Lila and Farm to Field Feasts, I carry a deep passion for culinary escapades, with ingredients that awaken the senses, unique tablescapes, intentional company and curious spaces. Whether it is a dinner scape you need planned, consultation in finding the right chef, or food styling for your set, I thrive in this work and I’d love to paint this canvas with you.
